Amazon.com offers the Kodak EasyShare C713 7MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom with Accessory Bundle
for under $100, at $99.99. The accessory kit includes camera bag, SD memory card, tripod and charger. Regular price is $119.99, so a$20 savings. This would be a great gift for somebody just starting with digital photography
If you can live with the pink color and don’t need the bundle, I noted the same camera for $79 here
