I have taken the time to research all top selling digital point and shoot cameras and I have created a top ten list of the current best selling digital cameras. 8. Canon‘s Powershot SD780is is a very small pocket sized digital point and shoot digital camera that easily fits into a small pocket or purse. 3x optical zoom lens with image stabiliztion, a 2.5 inch LCD display all packed into a small easy to carry package.

9. The third point and shoot digital camera in today’s lineup is another digital video recorder from Flip. This time it’s the Flip Ultra Camcorder. This video camera isnt’ HD like the other top selling cameras at the top of this list, but the good news is this digital video recorder is priced at just over $100. If you don’t need to shoot high definition and want to save some money, the flip ultra camcorder is an excellent choice.

10. Canon‘s Powershot S90IS fills today’s last spot in the top selling digital camera list for today and this little compact camera offers a 3 inch LCD display, with 3.8x optical zoom lens and ten megapixels of resoltution for poster sized prints.
