Whether your needs are for HD video for your travels, or just quick snapshots at birthday parties or family events, you will find a top selling digital camera that meets your photographic needs.

1. The two best selling digital point and shoot cameras aren’t really digital cameras at all, they are video recorders. The first and best selling is the Flip Ultra HD Camcorder with 120 minutes of video recording time in black. These little flip ultra hd recorders off a one button solution to video recording with two hours of video recording time built in. Also included is a nifty little USB connector built right in so you can really just plug and play and create fantastic high definition video. The Flip Ultra HD recorder is available in black and white, with the black model being the most popular digital camera currently and the white flip ultra hd recorder right on it’s heels coming in second place

2. The Canon Digital Rebel XSI technically isn’t a point and shoot but I’m including it my top selling digital camera list anyway as it’s got a small footprint, offers many more customization options with different lenses available due to it’s SLD design, but it still offers a small footprint that isn’t much bigger than some of the point and shoot digital cameras. No,it wont’ fit in most pockets but but it does offer 12.2 megapixels, a 18-55 zoom lens with images stabilization and a high resolution 3inch LCD display, supper fast shooting and response time too.

3. The Canon Powershot SX20is is smaller in size than the Canon Digital Rebel XSi, and offers a one size fits all zoom lens with with 20x zoom with wide angle and image stabilization, a 2.5 inch articulating LCD, which means the LCD display comes away from the body, and rotates and turns so you can shoot and share your photos more easily, much like a video camera’s lcd display would.

4. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 is a 10.1 megapixel digital camera in a point and shoot format. This is no digital SLR but it still offers features lie a 12x mega wide image stabilized zoom lens and a 3 inch lcd display for reviewing and composing your photographs.

5. The Nikon Coolpix L20 is recently discontinued, but in stock and ready to ship. It’s popularity stems from the fact that it’s a Nikon digital point and shoot digital camera that is priced under $100 with reabate. Most vendors list this camera in the $85 dollar range with discount. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a great camera: The Nikon Coolpix L20 has a 3 inch LCD display, and a 3.6x optical zoom lens and ten megapixels to guarantee poster sized prints that come from a small point and shoot camera that fits in your pocket.

6. With a $30 discount the Canon Powershot SD1200is is priced at $149.00, and comes with a 2.5 inch LCD display, an image stabilized zoom lens that offers a 3x optical zoom.

9. The third point and shoot digital camera in today’s lineup is another digital video recorder from Flip. This time it’s the Flip Ultra Camcorder. This video camera isnt’ HD like the other top selling cameras at the top of this list, but the good news is this digital video recorder is priced at just over $100. If you don’t need to shoot high definition and want to save some money, the flip ultra camcorder is an excellent choice.

10. Canon‘s Powershot S90IS fills today’s last spot in the top selling digital camera list for today and this little compact camera offers a 3 inch LCD display, with 3.8x optical zoom lens and ten megapixels of resoltution for poster sized prints.
